soldier are treated badly in 2bn of infantry (takoradi)

this problem have been a problem of centaries, i will be very happy if u can send your workers to witness this story .the soldiers are awalys made to weed akars of land every morning and afternoon with the reason that when they weed everyday that show they are working instird of learning morden tactes and skills they make the soldiers weed,sometimes when a soldier offence he,s given 3 or 4 akars of land to weed in 3 or 2days due to this the soldiers are all applying to come to other units and moural in the camp is very low ,everybody is afraid to talk about it because the commander in charge has treting to deal with any body who go against his will.i believe this will be given the necessary attention and please hide my identification thank u
